1. Who we are
Little Anthem is a trading name of Brookhold Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17505191). Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Email: hello@littleanthem.co.uk.
2. What we make
A personalised song about the person you tell us about, with their name in the chorus. The song is made with AI: our software writes the words from your answers, and Google's Lyria music model performs it. Each song is new, so no two are the same, and the result can't be guaranteed in advance. That's why you hear it before you pay.
When you buy, you get the full song as an MP3 (usually two to three minutes), the words, a private gift page you can send, and one free change.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. Only give us details you're happy for us to use in a song, and only about someone you know. Please don't include sensitive information, such as someone's health, religion or sex life.
4. What we won't make
We won't write songs that are hateful, harassing, sexual, mocking or humiliating, about public figures or celebrities, political, or that copy existing songs or artists. Our software or the music model may refuse a request. If that happens, you're not charged.
5. Free previews
Hearing your song up to the end of the first chorus is free. You can ask for one more free version before you buy. We limit how many free previews one person can start each day, and we may stop offering previews at busy times.
6. Price and payment
The price is shown on your song page before you pay (currently £19.99) and is the total you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through.
7. Delivery, and your right to cancel
Your song is delivered straight away: it unlocks on your song page and we email you a link. Because it's digital content made for you, we only supply it straight away if you ask us to and confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it's delivered. You tick a box to confirm this before you pay, and we repeat it in your confirmation email.
This doesn't affect your legal rights. Your song must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something's wrong with it, for example the name is wrong or the audio is faulty, email us. We'll make a corrected version, or refund you if we can't.
8. Changes
After you buy, you can ask for one free change (for example a line, a fact or the style) from your song page within 30 days. We keep the earlier versions, so you can choose between them.
9. Using your song
You can play it, share it, post it on your own social media, use it at events and give it as a gift. You can't sell it, use it in advertising, upload it to streaming services or register it with content-identification systems. We won't sell or license your song to anyone else, and we won't use it or your details in our own marketing without asking you first.
10. Keeping a copy
Your song stays available to download from your song page for at least 12 months. Please download a copy to keep.
11. Our responsibility to you
If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that, up to the price you paid. Nothing here limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
12. Problems and complaints
Email hello@littleanthem.co.uk and tell us what went wrong. We aim to reply within two working days.
13. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
