| Your style choices, the lyrics and the audio | To make, deliver and change your song | Contract |
| Payment details | Taken by Stripe; we only receive confirmation that you paid, the amount and the details Stripe passes on (such as your name and billing country) | Contract; legal obligation (tax records) |
| Your IP address, scrambled into a one-way code | To stop bots and to limit free previews per person | Legitimate interests (preventing abuse) |
| Your marketing choice | To email you song ideas, only if you tick the box | Consent |
| Which page and ad brought you here (from the link, not a cookie) | To count which ads work, without identifying you | Legitimate interests |

Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores your order, sends our emails and runs the robot check.
- Anthropic (Claude) writes the words from your answers.
- Google (Gemini API and Lyria) records the song and checks the name is clear. We use Google's paid service, under which Google doesn't use our prompts or songs to improve its products.
- Stripe takes payments. Stripe is also responsible for the payment data it collects.
- Meta, only if you say yes to ad cookies (see below).
Some of these companies process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK's data bridge with the US or by the UK's approved contract clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- If you don't buy: your answers, the lyrics and the audio are deleted after 30 days.
- If you buy: the details you typed are deleted after 90 days. We keep the song and the words so you can download them for at least 12 months; ask us any time and we'll delete them sooner.
- Order and payment records: six years, for tax.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@littleanthem.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We don't use analytics cookies. We count visits without storing anything on your device.
- Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser's storage (
la-cookies). This is needed for the site to respect your choice. - The robot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the order form uses only what it needs to tell people from bots.
- Meta pixel cookies (
_fbp,_fbc) are only set if you choose "Yes" when we ask. They tell us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to songs, and Meta uses them under its own privacy policy.
